For tier 1 support, the Merchant BillPay Administrator configures the Support link that displays in the BillPay Portal. (The Support link is under the gear icon in the upper right corner.) This is the link that all Merchant and Buyer users will see for the given Merchant BillPay Portal.
If necessary, you (the Merchant) should contact Support for any technical difficulties with the BillPay Portal or additional support needs related to the Worldpay solutions. Paymetric Assist
Worldpay offers many services that are used together depending on the Merchant's business needs. The Paymetric Assist help site contains end-user help for the SAP components, XiPay WebGUI (a.k.a. WebGUI), Intercept solutions, the P2PE Service, and more. There is also additional information on all services and ongoing component/service releases. Paymetric Assist allows you to find information on the various components without having to track down multiple PDF user guides.
